The DesignLights Consortium (DLC) is accepting proposals from consultants to develop a methodology to quantify the non-energy benefits of advanced building controls. Proposals will be accepted until March 1, 2021. Respondents may submit questions about this RFP until February 24, 2021 via email to Doug Paton at dpaton@designlights.org.
