Submit for Recognition Today

The Integrated Lighting Campaign (ILC), an initiative by the Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office, is kicking off its fourth year with some exciting changes. Firstly, the campaign has already begun accepting submissions for recognition. So, if you have not submitted yet, we encourage you to submit the details of your lighting project using this easy online form. To submit all you need to provide is your contact information, basic details about the building or installation, and a brief description of how the installation contributed to energy and non-energy benefits. You can also pick from additional options and provide further details. The team will review your submission and assess your eligibility for recognition in multiple categories.

ILC revamps website

New and improved technical assistance page

We’ve also made additional changes to the campaign website, and if you haven’t noticed yet, we’ve added a page describing  Technical Assistance program and made it easier for participants to request support from lighting experts at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. For example, we can help you understand available lighting technologies, funding opportunities, connect you to tools and resources, and refer you to programs that support workforce development and other initiatives. Lighting researchers and experts will help you navigate the nuances of your project so you can maximize the benefits from your investment in better lighting. Ready? Request technical assistance now.

Easier to navigate and find useful resources

Another important website update is the revamp of the ILC Resources page. There you can easily access case studies, guidance documents, fact sheets and educational materials in categories such as controls, rebates and incentives, and controls integration. Additionally, the website groups resources by industry as well, so if your building serves education, healthcare, or commercial activities, there are a variety of resources specifically for you. The ILC will be expanding this section with additional materials as they become available.
